1st Day Surgery OSPE:
1- Patient using corticosteroids for rheumatoid arthritis has to go for surgery.....prevention?
2- Foley catheter...use?
3- Which nerve can be damaged during thyroid surgery? (RLN)
4- Pulse oximeter....use?
5- Vicryl suture pic...what is the suture and advantage of braided length?
6- X-ray of skull in which Parotid Canalization and anastamosis is shown.
7- Chest tube...underwater seal bag drainage
8- Pic of Bailey...  Fractured mandible undergoing reduction and fixation
9- Yad nae  :-(          (hehe)
10-With external... counsel the lady who is thyrotoxic.

2nd Day Surgery OSPE:
Interactive station-Thyrotoxic patient's sister(or something like that), we had to explain the complications of surgery,
1- Burr hole picture, (surgery send up rings a bell?)
     in extradural hematoma.... what is lucid interval,
2- What is the amount of Hb at which blood transfusion given, (?)
3- Hilar lymphadenopathy pic, identify it, and investigations.
4- Consolidation and fibrosis of lungs, in chest X-ray,
5- ETT and its types.
6- Deaver's retractor and its uses,
7- Cat gut suture and polyprophylene, difference between the two,
8- Two complications of blood transfusion,
9- Triage and its use.

3rd Day OSPE:
1- NG tube 
2- Proline suture, 
3- Aik chest X-Ray tha, 
4- Oral drugs which interfere with clotting process, 
5- In the Interactive Station : Parotid swelling due to recurence, 
6- Facial trauma pic... we had to tell which nerves would be damaged

4th Day OSPE(?):
1- Dental extraction ki drugs that cause interference with clotting cascade,
2- Halo jacket and use,
3- Cavitation and consolidation in lung lobes and PA view,
4- Habbez knife and use, (?)
5- Proline suture and its use,
6- Parotid surgery Cmplications, and dia(gram?) with facial nerve involvement, 
7- External k pas pic thi and us main nerve ki involvement batani thi n treatment

5th Day OSPE(?):
1- Halo jacket and its use,
2- Nerve injured in facial trauma,
3- Clotting abnormalities after dental extraction in a person who had a recent CABG will be due to 
    which drugs(aspirin.clopdgril)             
4- NG tube and its use,
5- Identify and tell the uses of a certain knife (don't remember the name) (UKO-unidentified knife object?)
6- X-ray showing cavitation on right side and fibrosis on left side.
7- Proline suture and its use.
8- Causes of shortness of breath after parotid surgery(pulmonary embolism and anesthesia reaction)
