OSPE Uno: 
  • Tracheostomy tube and uses, 
  • Nasogastric tube and uses,
  • Reticular lichen planus picture, 
  • Erythema multiforme picture,
  • Stone in submandibular gland picture,
  • Periapical cyst picture,
  • Dosage of prednisolone and azithoprine in pemphigus,
  • Angina management

Interactive:
  • Examination of tongue,
  • Examination of buccal mucosa.


OSPE duo:

  • Tongue pic
  • Two radiographs
  • Pic of inflamed lip and gingva... Name the abnormality
  • Prednisolone side effect
  • Ambu bag, identification and indications
  • Pulse oximeter, identification and indications

Interactive:
  • External: Lymph node examination
  • Internal: Tongue examination


Tongue pic was of lateral border and a white lesion was present... 
Name of the abnormality was asked. (could have been one of the million white lesions that need biopsy to reach the definite diagnosis but you know how it goes here, right?)

Ospe tres:
  • Magill forceps and use,
  • Oxygen mask and indications, 
  • Median rhomboid glossitis,
  • Kaposi's sarcoma,
  • X-rays of Taurodontism and Dilaceration,
  • Bell's palsy...drugs, doses and routes.


Interactive:
  • External: Facial nerve examination,
  • Internal:  Buccal mucosa examination
