The point is to have a basic concept of whatever you study irrespective of topics, or books... Just study each and every topic.
Jaypee was my favourite book. It was just like reading a story...
Mini Guyton, for those who think Guyton is way-too-much for them, but please do the Blood from Guyton... Its Important for exams plus its very well written in Guyton...
CNS is by far the most important topic (as far as exams are concerned). And Famuriq isn't a standard text book for it... So please consult Guyton/mini guyton...
