Don't go after what teachers are teaching you. Most of them don't know a shit about what's important and what's not..
For Biochemistry Metabolism, I would strongly recommend LIPPINCOTT...
For Chemistry, FAIK is enough... You can successfully attempt the paper reading this small book...
For VITAMINS and ENZYMES, again I would recommend Lippincott...
For Acid/Base Balance and Buffers, I would recommend MUSHTAQ Vol I and Vol II
For Biochemical Techniques, I would recommend Mushtaq... Though you've to do a little research to find out all the topics... Books lack them...
Faik, is an awesome book for BDS students... But as I said before, don't follow me... Just acknowledge me. Follow your heart. At the end of the day, its your own preparation that'll count... and no matter what book you've studied, if you know your topics, you will succeed...
